📋 How to Return an Item
Contact Us Within 14 Days
Email info@orniture.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Address
We'll provide you with the correct return address (USA, China, Spain, Germany, or other warehouse location).
Ship Within 14 Days
Pack the item carefully in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship with a trackable method. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Important: Always use trackable shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost or untraceable return parcels.

❓ Common Questions
💰 Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.
Return addresses may be in the USA, China, Spain, Germany, or other warehouse locations depending on where your item was originally shipped from.
🔄 Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Yes! We accept exchanges for size or item changes. Follow the same return process:
- Contact us within 14 days at info@orniture.com
- Specify which item/size you'd like instead
- Ship the original item back to us
- We'll send the replacement once we receive your return
Note: You're responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges (unless the item is defective).
✅ What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If we sent you a defective or wrong item, you're entitled to:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund (including your original shipping costs)
Contact us immediately at info@orniture.com with photos of the issue. We'll also cover return shipping costs for defective items.
🤔 What about "change of mind" returns?
We understand sometimes an item isn't quite right. "Change of mind" returns are accepted if:
- You notify us within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in perfect condition
- Original packaging is intact
- You cover return shipping costs
⚠️ Important: Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
💳 How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- Your bank may take 3-10 additional days to show the refund
💵 What about customs duties on returns?
If a parcel is returned to us because you refused to pay customs duties or taxes, we must deduct:
- Restocking fee
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs/duty fees we incurred
💡 Tip: Check your local customs policies before ordering to avoid surprises. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable even with regular returns.
🔧 What's the warranty on electronics?
Electronic items have a 30-day warranty from delivery date against factory defects.
Covered: Manufacturing defects, faulty components
Not covered:
- Misuse or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Exposure to extreme conditions
- Tampering with the product
🚫 Can I cancel or modify my order?
Before payment: You can freely modify or cancel your order.
Within 24 hours of payment: Email us at info@orniture.com and we'll do our best to stop the shipment.
⚠️ After 24 hours: We cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
